Concierge, Advisor Support

Position Overview: As a Concierge, Advisor Support team member at Dynamic Advisor Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive back-office support to our esteemed Financial Advisors. This position combines administrative proficiency with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Financial Advisors, offering prompt and professional assistance.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and address requests from Advisors in a timely and effective manner.
  1. Administrative Support:
  • Manage and organize administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of Advisor operations.
  • Handle scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative functions as required.
  1. Communication Liaison:
  • Facilitate communication between Advisors and internal departments, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
  1. Onboarding Assistance:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new Advisors, providing guidance on internal systems and procedures.
  1. Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support and assistance with our proprietary systems and tools utilized by Financial Advisors.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Events team to coordinate and support various events, meetings, and conferences involving Financial Advisors.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Assist in the training and development of Advisors, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing our resources for maximum efficiency.
  1. Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for Advisors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a similar support role within the financial services industry.
  • Experience working with Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, Raymond James, Merrill Lynch, Edward Jones, Vanguard, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, or Pershing is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using various office software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services or advisory firm.
